作为国际机构世界绿色气候机构的成员，要同意国际机构世界绿色气候机构宪法，认同国际机构的理念和哲学，缔结协议后要和环球本部（执行部）进行详细的沟通，使个人能力能够得到充分的发挥，个人的职位和职责的决定是依据执行部理事会商议结果，理事会会根据个人简历和个人的能力来认真的审查，赋予的任务会有所改变。
It is necessary for the individuals who have belief as a member of INGO-WGCA and work in the IN GO-WGCA to agree to INGO-WGCA’s Constitution and make an agreement about consent to ideology and philosophy of INGO-WGCA and then show their ability through close communication with Global HQ(executive board). The position and duties shall be determined in accordance with close examination of individual’s career and position through executive board meeting of Global HQ, and the duty that is assigned to the individual could vary.

녹색기업이란 해당기업에서 제조하는 제품의 녹색인증을 위하여 국제기구 세계녹색기후기구과의 협약을 진행하는 기업을 말합니다.
所谓的绿色企业协议是该企业生产的产品为了得到国际机构世界绿色气候机构绿色认证，而进行协议。
The green corporation signifies a corporation that proceeds with an agreement with INGO-WGCA for green certification of commodities that are produced in the relevant corporation.
즉, 국제기구 세계녹색기후기구는 녹색기업 협약을 체결한 기업의 제품만을 검증, 인증할 수 있으므로 반드시 녹색기업협약을 먼저 진행한 후 녹색인증을 신청하여야 합니다. 추후 SPC로 정식 등록할 수 있습니다.
即，和国际机构世界绿色气候机构缔结绿色企业协议后，国际机构对该企业生产的产品进行检验认证，要签订协议后才能申请绿色认证，以后可以正式的加入SPC。
In other words, the corporation shall proceed with a green corporation agreement first and make an application of green certification certainly because INGO-WGCA can verify and certify only the corporations that have made a green corporation agreement. The verified and certified corporation can register as a SPC later.

SPC is a public company of INGO-WGCA to substantially manufacture and sale of green technology products. It is classified as SPC-A,B,C.
- SPC-A : 녹색기술상품의 제조를 담당하는 공기업이다. 녹색기술상품의 끊임없는 개발과 개선으로 더욱 높은 등급의 녹색인증을 위해 노력하여야 합니다.
-SPC-A：负责绿色技术商品制造的公企。致力于持续的开发绿色技术商品和改善提高绿色认证等级。
- SPC-A : It is a public company responsible for the manufacture of green technology products. It strives for the higher grades of green certification by green tech-products of continuing development and improvement.
